there was someone spamming this in game and saying that they were used to make armor in ch 2. Its funny what some would do for a buck.

Your supposed to give it to Gwen and then once she has is you keep giving her red iris flowers until she gives you a quest item for a quest that doesn't exist because anet never went through with it! yay! Its worthless!
