Aftershock / Earthquake?

Does anyone know where these skills can be obtained from, either by purchase or by acquiring from a boss?

EDIT: Ok so after some research, I found that aftershock can be obtained from Thornwrath in the Bloodstone Fen mission. Is he always able to spawn in the mission or how likely are the chances? And also.. where is he x_x?

you can get EQ as early as gate of kryta, when you go through a bridge, you MIGHT find an ele skeleton boss that use it.

Aftershock should be easy enough to find in bloodstone fen... pretty sure it was one path with the mission itself, can't miss it.

earthquake is at droks and aftershock is at maguuma stade

Aftershock may have been at Maguuma Stade at one time, but it's not there now. And I've spawned into Bloodstone several times now and have yet to see Thornwrath. There's a tree boss where he's supposed to be. Has anyone seen him there recently?
