Hi, I dunno if this mod
+15 energy reg -1 is sought for,
halves casting time 9%
req. 11
so is this worth anything ?

I can't reaaly believe anyone will pay 60K
for water stuff, but I'll try and sell it for

the deal with caster items is the simple fact the only thing the req matters for is the piddly dmg it does ... 11-22 max, the +15 -1 regen 9%global recharge can go with any character/spell

dunno about 60k though seems a tid high ... but ive been out of it for a while
