Uhh as much as the merchant pays..it's extremely easy to get two healths on a staff..and you didn't find it like this, if you found it with +28 health it would of been gold..salvage +28 mod sell for like 5k.

yea, salvage and try for the +28 health mod otherwise its worthless.
