PC on this wierd wand

Stats are:

Flame wand
4-7 dmg
-20% on criticals
+10% attack speed
-10% damage
+25% vs charr
+5 energy


The stats are something like this, a friend gave it to me and id like to know what its worth, the real important thing to notice is that it has +5 energy and was received from a collector who no longer makes these. It apparently was removed from the game for being too powerful, any class can use it and it has no requirement. What is it worth?

No you are mistaken, you may be able to get a similar wand with requirement of 5 fire, but this wand does not have any requirement meaning anyone can use this wand. You can no longer get this wand which is why im asking for the price check

any class can use the charr one also ... considering that the req only effects actual wand dmg ... which is piddly, but this wand i am not sure of it is so close to the other one that it probably isnt worth more

i doubt very much, seeing how it is such low power etc.

Not worth anything because, ther is an equivilent available in game still.
Sure it doesn't have the requirement, but anyone using this probably doesn't care about the dmg requirement, they are using it for the other mods.
