Where do i get one, i was thinking southern shiver peaks, but i've searched all of southern shiver in serach for one, and i havn't found it... just a weak fell blade, anyone care to help?

Common place of note is the Ice Cave in Mineral Springs. Somehow I don't think Anet would make it totally specific to that spot though since Fiery Swords drop randomly throughout Southern Shiverpeaks as well. The Icy is just rarer for some reason. Or it may seem so because of the nerfed drop rates we got months ago.

Aah, i don't like drop rates really, when ever i hench i get no drops, but oh well i over come this some how

I believe items like this are best solo farmed, or in a 2 man group.
I will be trying to IDS farm in the near future, as I have a bunch of shiverpeak keys to burn
