Well, it's the ruins of the Tomb of the Primevil Kings, it's the former spot of the un-ruined ToPK ... which is just northeast of the Dragon's Lair mission you come to after you ascend in the desert. Just walk out the northeast portal in Dragon's Lair, and you're there.
