Will people please stop saying, NERF THIS!!!! BUFF THIS!!!!
Covenant
The reason why people thought the Assasain or Ritualist classes needed to be nerfed was because they only tried out the crappy pre-builds. PLEASE. BEFORE YOU JUDGE A CLASS, UNLOCK SOME SKILLS.
It's the same thing with Arenanet. So many people wanted to nerf IWAY because everyone thought it was so cheap. Turns out it's no longer around because people are countering it a lot now.
THINK BEFORE YOU NERF.

along with banning W/Mo menders who play in comp arenas, desert farmers, and, of course, people who sell their guilds in Lion's Arch in the global chat.
[experience has taught me to say that the above is sarcasm... grow up, please, there is no way ignorant retards are going to stop playing the "I'm rock, nerf paper, scissors are fine" game. get over it.]

Nerf this thread, buff the one complaining about IWAY.
Seriously though, even if nobody would be complaining about nerfing/buffing skills, they would still find something else to complain about...
Also, most people think Ritualist need a small nerf, while Assassins need a buff here and there. The people asking for a nerf/buff are not the ones who played the crappy templates.

NERF NERFING.
And yes. It was a beta weekend, and ANet prolly balances as they see fit.

Somtimes things do need to be drawn to Anets attention as being imbalanced in some way. I think it's usually fairly clear whether or not the people complaining actually know whether they know what they are talking about though.

ANET will do what needs to be done, no matter what you say
(I do think that they already seemed extremely balanced...but we will know better after release)

Most things people have never seen before those people considered over powered.
Just because someone hasn't fed you a counter or you haven't been beaten by something enough to figure one out doesn't mean it is over powered.
It just goes around your normal ingeneral counters or it counters your counters.
Try thinking. You might be surprised in what you can do.

Once Chapter 2 comes out and the final "skills" from C2 are set there will be more tweaks (not nerfs) to maintain balance due to they way they see how things are used compared to what the intended.
In regards to iway, I could see them tweaking it but not removing (iway training on battle isles comes to mind) and w/ ritualist attacks sprits or assassin chain combos may break iway on it's own.

Stop whining about people whining.

Lol people cry nerf because they can't put in some cheat code or use a trainer to give them max everything instead of learning how to play the game when the builds are constantly changing.
CKaz
Nerf Covenant, buff CKaz!
Mercury Angel
*spams Glyph of Renewal + Anguished Was Lingwah in a team of 8 Rt/E's*
*8 Spirits of Pain pop up every 15 seconds, which last for ~130, enabling an army of 60+ spirits out at a time*
Regardless of what you may think, there're occasions where skills have a very high, and very noticeable potential for abuse, whether they're tied to a temporary bug [or lack of foresight], or a regular feature. Though people could use better word choice at times, personally, I think bringing up issues as soon as possible is better than waiting for the official release of the game.
As with the first PvP extreme weekend, Anet WANTS to test out new things, and WANTS to hear the opinions of the player base. That doesn't mean they're going to act on anything players say, but if past experience is any indication, they do at least take it into consideration, and have even mentioned them through Fansite Fridays themselves afterwards.
