There should be like a make over lady or someone in town that can change they way you look: hair style, hair color, skin tone... You should also be allowed to play around with armor dyes too. It sucks having to buy the dye just to see how it looks on your armor.

I'm up for changing the appearance, but dyes are dyes, and should be left as they are.

So in short, only hair, hair color, face and skin color.

I've deleted chars that were mid level just because I decided I didn'e like their appearance. If I had the option, even later on, I may have held on to them.
