Getting around

Hi everyone, I was just wondering can you only get around the Guild Wars world by walking, or can you teleport, etc?

You can 'Teleport' in the sense that you can use the World Map to quick jump to any town / mission / outpost that you've already been to, other then that, you'll be on foot when it comes to traveling.
