lastday dawns

can anyone tell me the best team to build for the lastday dawns quest? done it no problem with my necro and ranger but cant seem to get through it with my monk its doing my head in now lol

Done it with my monk , but I am having real hard time doing it with my warrior/monk tried 4 thimes no success.

I beat that mission with 2 monks, 1 W/R and 1 E/Mo air spiker. You can let the King tank as well! Just be sure you can heal him. Res is recommended for the ele to bring, so he can res a monk when something went wrong.

There's a trick where you can finish it even if the king dies.

If he dies, just finish them all off, the quest will say to talk to the king. Travel back to Frontier gate with your party, go to the king again, kill the 1st few small groups and just talk to the king, you'll have completed it before the bigger groups show.

How does that work? If the king dies, your whole party dies instantly...

You get it after you did defend droknars forge at the vision of Glynth in Droknars Forge. To get that one, beat Hell's Precipice and go to the very same vision. Do /kneel in front of the altar to make her appear.

i had gotten all those 20k missions. but i have beaten 2 of 3. i have gotten nothing but 20k xp. is that all you get from them?

umm yeah xp is all you get from the quests.. and on occasion maybe a gold magmas shield drops

I've done it wiht my Ranger, an Ele, a Necro, and a Monk.

No Warriors needed.
