Price check on chaos axe 15 always

Hi Ign is Dritzz Dourden and i would like a price check on this axe

Hmm ... req 12, perfect damage mod, perfect armor mod, no prefix ...
I would say that this axe's value is around 150 - 250k as is, and could be worth more with a perfect axe haft of some type on it (but don't go wasting a good mod on the axe just to bump the value by a few plat...)
Also ... try to keep your PC's in ONE THREAD rather than creating multiple threads around the same time ... helps to lower the clutter in an already crowded forum!
