WTB common blue max dmg Storm Bow

I just need any cheap blue max dmg Storm bow with any bonus 1x% (hp>50%, hexed, or enchanted) for 1k

I am not looking for a really expensive high end storm bow here.
As long as it is max dmg with somewhat bonus dmg 1x% (hp>50%, hexed, or enchanted) then it is fine for me. Which I am not looking for any purple or gold storm bow here. Require skill point to use does not matter either.

Any max damage storm bow with an automod of any kind is worth about 15 - 20k minimum ...

The base value of a max damage storm bow with 8 req is 100 plat (unid gold storm bow) ...

A max damage storm bow (white) with no automod would run you about 2 - 5k ...
