Well, not THAT much. It's not like it's +5e>50 or recharge 10%, although I have to say the chances of getting something perfect like that to drop is pretty darn small.
I don't think you can over 100k for it, probably a little less than 100k just for the fact that it's so darn perfect...

Mhhh I remember someone wanting to buy a 30hp offhand on these forums and i dont think he oculd find it. It's an extremely rare item from what i know (which is not much 
) so should be quite expensive too.

Considering I let THIS go for 35k, when I should have waited and sold it for 50-70k,

Health +45 (while enchanted)
I would think that a BLOOD req 9, with perfect health always, would go for anywhere between --100-150k--. Don't sell any lower.
And milias, the reason it wouldnt have 5e^50/10% recharge is because its an OFFhand, youre listing stats for a one-handed weap.

I have no idea why you guys are clamoring over this.
Armor/Health is nice (especially since they are perfect), but this gives no bonus to your spell casting abilities, which is paramount for a necro.
Based on the interest thus far, I guess a quote of 100K is reasonable. I would have put it at around 50K out of ignorance.

well, it depends on what mods are on the one-handed weap. Also, this doesnt necessarily need to be the primary off-hand. If I wasnt so in love with my collector staff, i'd offer on this beaut.

But given this, I still stand by my point. This is a caster item, the role of a caster is not self-preservation (okay, you can't do anything when you're dead, but still), it is to cast spells, be it to do damage or to help allies. I think the casting and especially the recharge bonuses are more important than armor or life, because I do not think that having the additional armor/life will save you most of the time, but that's my personal opinion.

Well, warriors spend gold on perfect shields and weaps, rangers on nice bows, what do casters get to spend all their k's on? This is a beauty, I'm nearly certain theres someone out there willing to spend 100k on this perfect item. If it were me, this would be F2'ed on my weap setups.
