Wow, this is one beautiful truncheon. I would put this higher, cos a death necro would love to have a go at it. The req does hurt the price, but it's 19%, which is very close to perfect, not to mention the 5e>50.

I would put this at 100k, maybe not to collectors, but in terms of usefulness, it's definitely up there.
