I dont see any categories that scream "post here if you are looking for a guild"

I'm getting tired of my guild now and am ready to move on... but where do i post something like that, where some good guilds might see it?

Although your best bet is to look through the guild database and start trying to contact guilds yourself rather than wait for them to contact you.
