Necromancer Set (Ventari's Refuge)

Howdy,

While at Ventari's Refuge, I picked up this -sweet- Necromancer's tunic that had this v-neck cut on the front and this kind of ruffled collar thing. I'm not really sure how else to describe it though. After a bit more exploration, I picked up some ordinary-looking boots, some ordinary-looking gloves, and some ordinary-looking leggings.

However, while searching for the leggings, I noticed -two- Item Collector's; one wanted tusks, while the other wanted these jungle skale fins where are apparently really rare.

It seems a shame to have ordinary-looking leggings to match this awesome tunic. So, my question--are the leggings on that other item collector the leggings I want.. ?

Or.. what?

If you can tell me where those two collectors are, I might be able to find the awesome leggings for you, I found the awesome tunic as well. ^_^

Is that the Tormentor's tunic? If not, where is this fancy tunic in Ventari's refuge?

Collectors armor.

Note:... The necrotic (i hope thats right..lol) set you can get in ventaris is AL55...the gear from the collectors is either AL 45 or 51. I can't remember just which. What i do know is my necro/monk is doing very well with the necrotic armour. And it's apperance really suits a necro well, all black with red showing under it. I've dyed mine blue under the black. It also looks like it would be just skin tight ")
