How do I take away the game GUI

I want to take some screenshots of the game without the GUI but I forgot how it's done, I've done it before so I know its possible unless Anet nurfed it. Anyways, here is a example of what I'm talking about.

Shift + Print Screen

or ctrl+shift+h to take it away, then prt scrn to take shot.

ctrl+shift+h to bring interface back.
