Changing profile/email info in the userCP

Hi, first time back here in a while....I wanted to change something in my profile and update my email addy and cannot because it keeps telling me I have an invalid birthdate. I don't even remember entering a b-day when I registered, but that's probably just my horrible memory.

Do I need to msg an Admin or can a regular mod help me?
