I'm looking for a req 8 +5 energy while enchanted, 8-10% universal cast speed OR 18-20% Healing Prayers cast speed Smiting Rod

IGN = Occasion Caucasian

Why universal speed? wouldn't healing speed be better for you? or prot recharge?

Universal recharge even, for sb (even though you'll normally be using FFS to cast sb.)
