Thirsty MM

I've searched the forums with many different strings but I have yet to find the Thirsty/Thunderhead MM build.

I've seen a few variations, but still not what I saw the other day. I think it was N/E using glyph of nrg. Not sure tho.

Death Nova for Thunderhead and Putrid for Thirsty..
