nothin. the +5 armor might be useful if u salvage it

a weapon with +dmg vs hexed would be useful in PvP as, depending on your group setup, there will almost certainly be someone hexing your opponents. and if you're a w/me or w/n, that power is in your own hands.

+dmg vs hexed is certainly much better than +dmg while hexed as it's a condition you can control. however, it's still no where close to being as good as a +dmg^50 or +dmg always weapon. as such, don't expect too much for this particular axe if you do manage to find a buyer.
