WTB Eternal Shield (hp+25 always w/2nd mod)

I am looking for Eternal Shield armor:16(require any str)
health+25 or higher always (NO enchanted, hexed, or stance)
with secondary mod either
armor+6(vs. fire or cold attacks)
or
received dmg-2 (stance)
or
Reduces (Blind, Crippled, Weakness, Deep Wound, Bleeding, or Poison) duration by 20%

maybe skill+1 (1x% using skill) <---- must be warrior skill.

Note: I want Eternal Shield only.
