I thought I saw a thread about a collector suddenly offering these (that didn't used to) but I can't find the thread.
Does anyone know of a collector that offers a staff that ideally has:
+15 energy (10 and 5)
enchants last 20% longer
thanks a lot of someone can point me out this item for my soon to be orders necro
ps I know Gardock's staff has these mods but I seem unable to acquire one

People just crafted the collector staves and then added the +5 energy and 20% enchanting upgrades.

I've had rago's staff for awhile with that (fire), there are a few other flavors
Note any staff or item could do 20% for you if you're willing to weapon swap and lose any other useful bits to you on your main equipment while you do so
(ie even could have a bow, axe, sword, etc doing it for you, without attrib)
Don't be afraid to go collectors with just a decent % either, ie 15% or more might getcha enough of what you want/need, depending
