From what I know these are quite rare.

18-35 blunt dmg
+20%dmg under 50
<not sure about the mods but dont think theyre valuable>

I'm assuming this would have some kind of collectors value?

It is one point off max dmg. The minimum dmg for hammers is 19. I would say 5k as its not max dmg. A real shame as I have been buying up all the perfect swamp clubs i can get my hands on
