Well I have just been checking the drops from the Drakes in the waters near Divinity coast, and for those who are familiar with the area, you access this area by entering the Co-op mission and taking a detour after obtaining the Eye of Zanthir.
Well anyway, before that you need to be cleansed at the Fountain to the west of the Justicar Hablion. There are always 2 mobs of Mergoyles up there and a White Mantle Abbot running around. Funny thing is that this time the Abbot was actually healing the Mergoyles as I was trying to kill them! He sat next to the fountain and was spamming Healing Wind and Heal Other, trying to keep the critters alive.
That just struck me as a little odd! Happened to anyone else?

I was noticing that to, i was soloing the mission, i was trying to kill the mergoyal, and the mantal kept on running in the circle using heal area, it was pissing me off so badly.

I use to farm that area all the time.The Abbot around the fountain has been healing the mergayles since day 1,nothing has changed.Like to Sever her artery.

That was the first mission I tried to solo on my ranger, almost 7 months ago, and strangely enough the abbot does heal the mergoyles.

That's intentional; it's part of the challenge. You can't use the fountain until the Mergs are dead, and the healer tries to keep them alive to see if you are "worthy".
