Its a rare storm artifact req 8, 12 energy with +4 armor while enchanted and health + 45 while enchanted.
Maybe some of you could also give a pc on this Earth Staff :Perf dmg, unid req 8 and some funny skin. Hmm like a thin haft and then two sticks holding a rock or something ^^ Bad description maybe.. EDIT: ID'ed Staff, It has got halves casting time 9 % and halves recharge time 9 %, it has also got 17 % longer enchantments and 21 health.
