Help me sell pease

I have these two weapons that iv been packing around forever and want to sell. But i have no idea how much they are worth. I would post pics of them but i dont know how because I suck at the internet so ill just type it out.

Heavy War hammer of Fortitude
Blunt Dmg: 18-35 (req. 10 Hammer Masteery)
Damage + 14%(while enchanted)
Lengthens Weakness Duration on foes by 33%
Health +30

Double-bladed Axe of Defense
Slashing Dmg: 5-23 (req. 11 Axe Mastery)
Armor +5

These are gold items, im kinda newb still at the game. I would love some help thanks..

the hammer you can either sell it for around 15k if you try hard enough, or you can salvage the +30 health mod and sell it for 10k
the axe just salvage it and hope you dont get iron ingots, the +5 armor grip is worth aroudn 5k
