I was wondering if a weapon say a sword for example had the same Mods as an axe would they be worth the same or would say the axe be worth more?

yeah depends on the skin....
in general, I've found swords easier to sell than axes.

i would say sword mods are probably worth more than axe mods...just from the stand point that there's more demand.
