PC on GOLD INSCRIBED STAFF OF DOMINATION MAGIC

This just dropped for me (about 5 minutes ago)... Can someone please give me an estimate on this staff's worth:

GOLD MAX DMG INSCRIBED STAFF OF DOMINATION MAGIC
Chaos Dmg: 11-22 (req; 10 Domination Magic)
Halves skill recharge of Domination Magic Spells (Chance: 18%)
Domination Magic+1 (20% chance while using skills)

I understand that the wrapping of Domination Magic +1 is known to have been sold for between 50-60K and there will probably be some who would recommend that I salvage. I also understand that there are better green and collector's staves out there. However, I doubt that a Mesmer who gets a similar drop would choose to salvage the wrapping and look for a collector's staff to upgrade! So could someone please just give me a rough estimate on the staff as it is.

Cheers Omeriko2... Guessed as much... If only it had halves casting time of Domination Magic on it as well. Anyway, I'm not short on gold so in no hurry to salvage for the wrapping. If anyone reading this is interested in buying the staff and using it as it is, PM or look for me in-game.
