Hi,

Well i have been trying to ascend my monk now for a while but i can't can anyone tell me a build that i wil be able to do it with and give a step-by-step on which skills to use and when.

I guess you are asking about defeating your doppleganger. There are a lot of suggestions for all different professions. Just use the search feature.
