Hi

I am looking for something with 10% ONLY or 20% only in faster casting. Would also like some energy mod, or a dbl 10% faster casting/recharge, or something like that. thank you, only looking for 10 or 20%.

i have a 9% recharge, 20%death fastcast 1hand weapon. i just bought it, love it, and will not part with it unless it is for quite a bit
