damage whatever doesnt matter
Req whatever Curses
halves casting time at least 10%
halves skill recharge at least 10%
Nuthing else. Any other mods I don't
care/want. But it doesn't matter.

If you have any Staves that is similar
to what Im lookin for.

also have a 9/9 ghostly ... the req is 13 illusion but that'll only affect the dmg by staff which is worthless :P but it's max energy and has +1 Curses 19% on it. 60k for that one. Lemme know if you're interested in any.
