Running system

With all the runners being scammed, GW could use a running system that makes sure the party does pay the runner...
Somethink like a list of all the cities in GW and the runner could press the one he is running to and set the price to whatever he wants it to be. Then the party will have to accept the terms and the money will be withdrawn from them, and given to the runner once he gets into the selected city/town. If he doesnt make it the money will be given back to the party members...

Personally I think it's a shame when someone gets scammed, but then again, I don't really support the idea of 'running' either. Why buy a game just to rush through it and then get your low level character to a place where no one is going to group up with you anyway? Makes no sense to me.

Has already been discussed to the bones. But NO.. bad idea. End of story.
