Id say 250k. Quite amusing really as I met a guy in la who claimed he paid 500k for his and started complaining about my 250k offer

Honestly, i don't think it's worth it to mod, cuz the money you'll spend on the mods will take away from the "increased" profit, and you'll more likely make less of a profit with them than without them.

No, people always put 10/10 sunder on their weapons while I use 10:10 furious. I wont take into account any extra mods on a weapon of high value which I dont want as its their fault for wasting their gold on it. Sometimes people will not purchase if the item has expensive mods on which noone wants. There is also less profit to be made.
