Skills - Resurrection Signet

The Resurrection Signet can be obtaining in Pre-Searing Ascalon by completing the Adventure With an Ally quest given by Lina the Healer just outside the Ascalon City gates. It can also be purchased at the skill trainer in Post-Searing Ascalon City if you miss out but that will cost you a skill point and some gold so make some friends and grab it for free because now that it can be recharged by defeating a boss or otherwise gaining a morale bonus there are few better rez especially in PvE. It's fast - three seconds to cast opposed to the six or eight, it restores someone with all their health, and it can't be stopped by anti-spell measures so it's pretty good in PvP, too.
Zarconis
I second that! The Res Signet is much better and often overlooked.
I would like to point out that Rust or other anti-signet skills can nullify it's overall effeciency and usefulness. Most people don't carry anti signet skills though.

Just came back to gush some more as I've pretty much dropped all other rezes in favor of rezsig at this point.
I agree with Zarconis, while the rezsig can be disrupted or interrupted, especially by measures specifically designed to cmbat signets, it's very difficult to do so because of that oh so low 3 second cast time. That makes it flat out, the quickest of any resurrection skill. Combined with the fact that it resurrects someone with not just enough health for them to become an easy target but 100% of their health (less that DP percentage, of course) it makes for a rez that's both quick and safe. And when you really need to get someone back in the fight then it's far and away the best option. It's when you need to do it repeatedly that you run into trouble...

Agreed, great because it revives at 100% health rather than the Monk's low % hp res.
Draken
so ive noticed it being used multiple times in battle by the same person what exactly causes it to be refreshed or are they using mantra of signets?

Morale boosts
Draken
Just for the record mantra of signets, keystone signet and oath shot do not recharge this skill.

thanks for the info, I was wondering why my one-use res sig kept recharging at times.
Soul Shaker
Res sig= PvP or those without monk secondary
All other situations= a real res is better.

res sig recharges after killing a boss or after changing zones.

Doesn't recharge from changing zones.
It recharges from a morale boost (thats why bossses recharge it, they give you morale boost, but any boost recharges it, like keeping the flag 2 mins in gvg) or when you leave the mission/instance (not just from zoning into another area - you have to totally leave the instance and go into town).
