PC: smiting rod

Hi,

I found this smiting rod today and at fist was a bit dissapointed but after thinking about it realized that its stats were actaully very nice:

Smiting rod (req 12 smiting prayers)
dmg 11-22
Energy +5 (while health is above 50)
halves casting time of spells. (chance 8%)

I figure if its not worth much I'll customize it and use it myself otherwise, if it is worth a decent amount, I'll try to sell it.
