Crystaline Sword?

I was wandering where i could find one these swords.

They dont drop from monsters or out of keyed chest. The 2 places they have been known to come from are 1) the lost strong box- its a keyless chest that spawns randomly in southshiver peaks. the 2 places i know of that it spawns are in talus chute and frozen forest. 2) they fall out of HoH chest.
