exp siphon

Motive:
-Make use of those experience points you get on a PvP character.
-PvP gives more than just faction if you use a PvP only character.
-Easier to unlock skills for PvE.
-Faster exping after missions are all completed

Think of it as this: you made a PvP character for playing with your guild or some friends in Team Arena, Heroes' Ascent, or Guild Warring. You see the exp and faction vanish over your head and think "GREAT, more experience that I can never make use of". Not only that, but you just hit 10,000 faction. You now have zero incentive to PvP other than for fun. Meanwhile, your ascended Me/W is rotting in Ring of Fire PvE because nobody wants an Illusionary Weapon mesmer due to enchantment strippers. You chhanged secondaries to Me/Mo to fastres but have no other use because you do not have all the monk skills. So what shall you do?

Implementation:
-Experience NPC in Dragon's Lair, location only ascended people can reach
-Experience will be channeled from PvP characters to PvE characters via experience "Storage"
-Only Ascended PvE characters with "Paths" quests done and Dragon's Lair can siphon experience from PvP.
-Allocation of where the experience goes can be automatic or manual
-Experience "pool" or "bank" from PvPing
-quest experience scroll that instantly gives experience after usage

Description:
After doing whatever form of PvP let's say you amassed 60,000 experience more than a standard just-made PvP character. That is roughly 4 skills in PvE.

So you go to the experience NPC and "deposit" 60,000 experience. When you log onto your ascended character with all the "paths" Quests completed, you speak with the experience NPC to "withdraw" experience from your experience "pool" or "bank".
He hands you an experience scroll (customized for you) that gives you 15,000 experience, customized for you. I can be a stackable item or nonstackable, it does not matter.

When you use it you gain 15,000 experience. HOWEVER, each scroll comes with a condition. You must visit an outpost location post ascension, such as Copper Hammer Mines or Marhan Grotto to complete the exp. Basically it will be like Hero's Journey quest but with random places post ascension, somewhat like a randomized quest.

Balance Issues:
-Nonascended characters will not be able to do this.
-People will need to visit cities/towns in Southern Shiverpeaks and Ring of Fire.
-An experience cap of 60,000 exp a day in the "pool" or some developer-determined amount.

Final Note:
This would take much work on the developer's part but it would be a positive change for a few chapters down the road.

I usually delete my PvP characters and remake them (or make other PvP characters) before I accumulate a ton of experience with them... but altogether I'm sure with all the experience I have accumulated in PvP I could have all the skills in the game unlocked by now between faction and experience

They should just not even bother giving pvp chars exp points.
