Guild Vault

Not sure if this has been suggested but someone in my guild said something about this and I thought it was a pretty good idea.

Guilds should get a vault (for a small price of course like everything else in GW) that's maybe double the size of the storage things.

Guilds could use for whatever they want (giving items to each other, extra storage, etc...) and could have a few safety features of course.

Safety Features:

The privilege to add or remove items would be given by officers/leader.

If someone puts something in they could allow only people they want or anyone in the guild to take it out.

There would be a detailed history including, what was added, by who, what time. The same for items removed.

Leader can do anything with any items (so some moron doesn't fill it with complete junk allowing no one to take it out and just leaving it there). (If you don't trust your leader then you may need a new guild)

Sure it's not completely secure but if you don't trust people in your guild then you don't have to use it.

At the very least people could toss their junk in there for anyone who wants it to take (maybe a lower level char).

What do you guys think?

Again, someone joins your guild, withdraws all your fur, sells it in Ascalon, and quits. Even with a record, what will you do.

Your second to last statement is most likely what it will turn out to be. If so, there should be no charge to using it.

Um why would you store all your furs in a guild vault?

It would be more for transfering (in which case you only let the person you want to have take it out) and giving away things, not for storage.

It's GUILD wars, after all.

If you're letting people you don't trust into your guild, let alone allowing them access to all your prizes.

It's a privelage, not a right.
