best farming spot?

someone in my guild apparently knows a great place for farming in which he's made up to 70k an hour. what are some suggestions as to what it might be? im thinking it's either in the ring of fire islands or the southern shiverpeaks. also, where's a good place to farm with my 55 necro?

Everyone can make 70k in an hour, it just depends if they frind a sup abso or not 
. I truly dont think you can make 70k in an hours is southern shiverpeaks or the ring of fire. My best bet is she is doing UW and is getting ecto.

While I would usually agree with you 100% I would venture to say that he wont find a post about making 70K per hour. If there is such a place it is a secret still. You cannot do it in UW, FoW, Shiverpeaks, or Fire Islands. I have farmed almost everything there is to farm. The only places I don't farm are the out of the way corners of Tyria and I don't think they will be that profitable on every run.

My 'best' spot is in the Desert where I earn 12-13k per hour (only with selling items and picking up gold that is), sometimes 15K when i'm lucky. So 70k ...

Unless he gets lucky with the drops from Dreadnought's Drift runs then I have to say your guildie is doing UW runs.

other people ive talked to said he's doing something with a build developed by one of the top ranking guilds. until i find out, ill just do uw runs. ive finally got my build down and can make a hell of a lot of gold.

This person is in your guild, and they want tell you the spot? Kind of hard to beleive, not sure I would want to be in a guild with folks that wouldnt share that kind of info.

Chest runs to the Fow and selling every item uni/d for 10k each, it's possible.

I must say I guess I was that 1 in a million.. only once of course.. but i did get a Purple Crystalline out of a chest in FoW.. the chest after the first quest in it.
