Ok, this is my last suggestion or question about stealth...i promise!

AssAsin Skill

Please read The Whole article since I Think that this stealth mode is balanced.

Stealth Attack

Recharge Time: 20 Sec.
Cast Time: 0 Sec.

How It Works:
The Assasin becomes transparent, which makes it harder to see for Creatures. You can only activate this spell when you have double-clicked on the target and is running to him. So yuo stealth upon to the target, and if you ever break the stealth or never attack the target your "ring of interest for creautures" on the little Map (compass) Gets the double size adn you loose half your health and gets crippled. (This could be the punishment for using this stealth without attacking) And when you are at the target in stealthed mode you can choose from 6 atatcks that requires stealth. Of course you must equip one (or more) of these spells in one of your 8 skill spots. THIS SPELL CANNOT BE USED IN COMBAT OR IN PVP.

An example of one of stealth attack:

Jaksique's Ambush
Requires Stealth Mode
Recharge Time: 10 Sec.

Surprises the target and makes a heavy blow which insults in 150% of your weapon damage, Jaksique's Ambush has 50% of making a critical Strike.

Comets? Is it as balanced as I think?

nuff said. ANet won't implement skills that are only usable in PvE. All the skills are made in PvP in mind, all the skills are balanced with PvP in mind.

No, as you can see, the trajectory is eccentric and more rapid when close to the sun. Not balanced at all.

I was hoping A.net would do something more original with the Shadow skills.

Like a Shadow double that actually have a visiable effect (but can only take one hit) or a shadow melt skill that actually make you a puddle of shadow which make it harder to target as well. (you see a moving shadow on the ground, and wonder.. what is it? and before you know it, an Assassin pop out and kill you)

How how about a hiddne shadow technique? You hide inside the shadow of your teamate, where you can not be target of attack, and move along with your piggy backed teammate.

To the contrary, the amount of area sweeped out by the comet's orbit in a given amount of time is always the same. I'd say that is very balanced. =D

Seriously though... a PVE only spell isn't the best idea. Rather than balancing it that way, I think it might be a better idea to make the shadow effect less dramatic, but still somewhat advantageous. Semi-transparent, perhaps? Something like the Phantom Assassin in DotA in Warcraft III... if anyone plays that...

Finnaly one who plays DOTA!

Yes I know that it's kinda strange with a PvE spell only, but wold my idea work in PvP to?

You'd be surprised, a lot of GW players play (or used to play) DotA. About the skill itself, I cant see a way that it would be useful in both PvE and PvP. If you make the Assassin go completely invisisble it might be too powerful and if its just tranparency then its almost useless for PvP.

Ah, stealth...

Shadowless Rush.
5 energy. 5 sec recharge.
Monster Stance. Increase user movement speed by 50% and become 90% transparent for 5....20 sec. If user attack, stance end.

Double Shadow Strike.
10 energy. 10 sec recharge.
Monster lead attack. This skill can only be used when Shadowless Rush is active. Strike foe twice for +2.....33 damage each.

*Give these skills to ninja mobs*
PvE only right?
