Shield of Judgment - Mineral Springs?

Looking for this skill but I'm not sure where I can find Mineral Springs?

I'm guessing it must be after Thunderhead Keap or someplace near it.

Anyone have some info, would be greatly appraciated.

Shield of Judgment - BOSS, Myd Springclaw (Mineral Springs)

Located Mineral springs. Anyone where abouts the boss is located?

Zone in to mineral springs and take the first right on the path. Follow it tell you see a boss mob on your left. He will be a random class. Look for the blue aura around him for the monk class. I think his name is springclaw. He is one of those bird people. If he is not there you can check farther to the north east. There is one more boss that spawns there also can randomly be springclaw. Took me an hour or so to get him to spawn by rezoning and to capture it.

its a pain in the ass to get anything in that zone...just don't give up. You can accomplish amazing things at 60 DP.
