How much is this worth? Gold/Max spiked axe

Spiked Axe +20% to damage when hexed with a +6 vs. physical attacks max damage req. 9

If someone would help me determine what this would be worth, I would be grateful. I have not farmed many things with a +20% inherent damage. I know it is hexed, but the new W/N build to solo the UW would benefit greatly from this axe. Give some feedback, thanks.
