I'd say the bow is worth 5-10K.

I'd salvage the axe for the mod (currently listed above at 40-50K). If I bought that axe, i'd be planning to salvage it, and it it would be discounted accordingly. So maybe 25-35K for the axe, as there is nothing special about the skin.
