For those of you who PvP a lot you know that the monks are always the primary target of attacks. They are the backbone of you 8-man squadron. I am always torn between trying to maximize my monk's effectiveness and keeping him alive. The most popular builds for monk are monk primary and some form of caster secondary or Elementalist primary with monk secondary. With the monk primary and a casting secondary you get the added healing of devine favor however you are torn between tryin to give your monk some protectin and giving him mana. Monks with armor are limied to 40 energy, and monks with tatoos are very succeptable to attacks. Elementalist primaries with monk secondaries take care of this problem because they can buy armor and get energy from energy storage, however they lack the added healing of devine favor. So what I was wondering was would a Monk primary with Warrior secondary be ideal for PvP matchups. I say this because you could build the monk full of tatoos and give him tons of energy while keeping devine favor. At the same time you could put attribute points into tactics and use sprint and the warrior evasion skills combined with monk protection skills to keep your monk from dying. This build seems almost ideal for PvP. I'm looking for feedback here on the strengths and weaknesses of this build. Thanx.
