pc on bow and hammer

Can someone give me a price for these?

the armor mod on the bow alone is worth 4k according the price guide, +13% while enchanted isn't bad either how is it 2k??

i think ive said this numerous times in the forum, the mods dont add their worth onto the price, except for some skins. For example, lets say a normal longbow 15^50 is worth 25k, if you add a bow grip of fortitude (35-65k) and a sundering bow string (20-30k), does that mean that the bow is now worth 80k? (25+35+20=80)

No it does not, the pc was accurate, but imo its worthless. so is the hammer.
