i cant sell it for 400k, and people telling me it can reach 600k
so wtf is going on

dont spam in la, its much more efficient to post the high end items on forums, such as this one, people in la want some cheap, affordable items. they dont want uber hax.

Some items are harder to sell but you will eventually find a buyer. It took me 2 weeks to sell a req10.

....so yeah 500-600k depending on how much effort you put in it.
