PC please -gold max hammer req9

I know the mods are a point or two off perfect, but I was wondering if it was worth anything or should I risk salvage and try for the 10/9 sundering??? Knowing my luck, I'll get the defence mod anyway........

i was actually looking for a hammer like this, same skin, but i was looking for a perfect 20<50 mod.
