PC on gold longbow please

Does anyone know roughly how much this bow is worth?

Shocking longbow of defence (gold)
Lightning damage 15-28 req 8 Marksmanship
Damage +20% (when health below 50%)
Armour +5

Not sure how to put an image in... the grip is feathered, but i think thats pretty normal.

feathered is worth more then regular
20% is mostly worthless, so merchant unless you find someone looking for the under-50 mod
